This is the next generation of disposable respirator. It's reusable face piece with easy to replace disposable filters will meet and exceed the needs of Workers, Safety & Medical Professionals. No longer is there a compromise between comfort, protection and value. Ordinary respirators quickly get warm, moist and uncomfortable and are often replaced several times a day. The filter in the Reusable Respirator does not touch the face, keeping it cool and dry, and one filter can provide all day protection. The facepiece is reusable, and replaceable filters will save money and reduce waste.

How often should the filters be replaced?

Normally when it becomes difficult to breathe it's time to replace the filter. Since, ordinary respirators get moist, dirty and collapse they are replaced several times during a day. The Reusable Respirator facepiece protects the filter from moisture and collapsing, and will normally last an entire day.

How are the filters replaced?
How does the user do a seal check with the Reusable Respirator?

By placing the palm of the hand over the exhalation valve located on the bottom of the facepiece, and gently exhaling. Positive pressure should occur inside the facepiece. If a leak is detected, simply reposition the facepiece and/or adjust the harness.

What filter types are available and for what applications?
|
N95 Particulate Filters (95% minimum filter efficiency) - Provides protection from solids and particulate aerosols free of oil. Can be used in dusty environment.
P95 Particulate Filters (95% minimum filter efficiency) - Provides protection from any particulates. Can be used in the same applications as the N95 plus oily environment such as machining.
P95 Particulate Filters (95% minimum filter efficiency) with nuisance level odor relief - Provides protection from any particulates. Can be used for operations emitting nuisance odor concentrations below OSHA PEL.
